This notice explains how Domlesta collects and uses your personal data when you contact us or request a quote through this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect the name, email, phone number, company (optional), shipment origin and destination, cargo details, and any message you provide. For security and fraud prevention we also record limited technical data at the moment of submission: your IP address, approximate location and network, browser and operating system, and the time of the request. We do not collect special categories of data.
3. Why we use it
We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a freight quote, and arrange the requested transport service.
4. Lawful basis
Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and in protecting the form against spam and fraudulent use (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Sharing
Your data is handled by Domlesta and our website form processor acting under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then delete it.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, or request portability. To exercise these rights, or to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI), contact us at info@domlesta.com.
